This Privacy Policy covers only data that we collect through the website, and not any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, the data collection practices of any affiliate or other third party, including any third-party operators of web pages to which the Site links, and any information that we collect offline or through any websites, products, or services that do not display a direct link to this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected

We collect data for you when you contact us through our website. This may include, but is not limited to, your first and last name, email address, telephone number (including mobile phone number) and company name.

Telematics

If you have a Telematics Unit fitted to any vehicle you use, in the interest of safety, we will use the Unit to capture
specific data and other associated vehicle and driving related information from your vehicle. This information includes:
• Date
• Time
• Location
• Latitude
• Longitude
• Speed
• Duration
• Distance
• Acceleration
• Braking
• Cornering
• Other associated vehicle information
Our Telematics systems normally collect information while your vehicle is being used and transmit this to us and/or our suppliers after a delay. Instances where the Telematics systems may send real-time data and alerts to us include where a collision or crash is detected, if the device’s tamper alerts are activated, or if it is at your request, for example if your vehicle has been stolen and a Theft Tracking service has been activated.

By downloading and using our applications:

Our mobile applications obtain the information you provide when you download and register them.  Registration with us is mandatory in order to be able to use the basic features of the applications.

In addition, our applications may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the apps.

When you use our applications, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location.

How long we retain your data

• All information and data provided by persons engaging with HH Driveright, either under employment or in the course of service provision to HH Driveright, will be retained for the duration of the employment period or for the period of the services provided, and in the case of specific items of data, for a maximum of 6 years after the last date or employment or services provided.
• Information and data for unsuccessful applicants is retained for a minimum of 3 months to allow for any response for any dispute or claims that may arise from the application process.
• We will not process your personal data for longer than is necessary nor will we process it for purposes beyond what it was collected for.

A person’s contact form will be kept for a maximum of 6 years unless stated otherwise.

What rights you have over your data

If you have contacted HH Driveright, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

In order to access the data, we hold about you, you need to make a ‘Subject Access Request’, or SAR.

Please provide:
• Your name, address, and what information you would like.
• Identification documents: one which shows your name and signature (e.g. a copy of your passport) and one which shows your name and address (e.g. a copy of a recent bill or bank statement or other official document). (Note: We will accept just one identification document if it shows your name, address and signature such as a copy of your driving licence. This is to take reasonable steps to confirm your identity before providing you with details of any personal information we may hold about you.)

Please note that if your SAR involves the personal data of other people, or you are making a request on behalf of someone else, we may need identification from these individuals, as well as a signed letter of authority from them confirming that they are happy for you to act on their behalf and for us to release their data to you.

Once we have received your written request and identification documents, we will have 30 calendar days to fulfil your request. Where for some reason this will not be possible, for instance due to large volumes of data being involved, we are permitted by law to take up to an additional 30 days to fulfil your request. Where any such delay is anticipated we will inform of you this as soon as possible along with details of when we expect to be able to provide you with the requested documentation.

Who do we share your personal information with?

Internally:

To provide appropriate, timely and effective services, we may share basic information about you such as your name and vehicle registration with our clients that you have inquired about. This is so we can keep our information on you as up to date as possible and so we can improve our services to you and our client.

Third Parties:

Sometimes the law requires that we have to pass on your personal information to a third party. For example, personal information may be provided to the courts.
We also work with a number of business partners. We may share your information with them for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you.

We will not sell or give your personal information to a third party for marketing purposes unless we have your permission.

What we do with the information we gather and track

We use this information so that we can either contact you about a product or service that we offer or so we can send you regular news and updates about Stream, the services we provide and the events we attend.

Individual requests will be completed within the time allotted by relevant regulations, which starts to run from the point of HH Driveright confirming your request.
